By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

  • LEFTOVRZ provides an e-commerce platform specializing in pre-owned, vintage, thrifted, and deadstock footwear.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS & INVENTORY

  • Unique Item Condition: Due to the nature of thrifted, pre-owned, and vintage footwear, most items listed on LEFTOVRZ are unique, one-of-one pairs.

  • Condition Grading: Every pair is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and assigned a condition grade prior to listing. High-resolution photos and descriptions reflect the exact condition of the item. By purchasing, you acknowledge that pre-owned items may show minor signs of prior wear, oxidation, or age.

  • Color & Image Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings.

3. PRICING, PAYMENTS & ORDERS

  • Currency & Pricing: All prices are listed on the site in local currency and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, digital payment gateways, and direct bank transfers.

  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee order fulfillment. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders in cases of stock discrepancies or pricing errors.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment verification.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details at checkout. LEFTOVRZ is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your package has been shipped.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All returns and exchanges are governed by our 7-Day Return Policy:

  • Eligibility Window: You must initiate your return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Mandatory Condition: Shoes must be returned unworn, unused, and in the exact condition received.

  • Tag Requirement: The official LEFTOVRZ condition and authentication tag must remain intact and attached. Removing or re-attaching this tag immediately voids return eligibility.

  • Payout Options: Approved returns will be processed as either Store Credit (issued via email) or a Direct Bank Account Transfer within 3–5 business days following intake inspection.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error made by LEFTOVRZ.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on this website—including logo marks, graphic designs, product photography, copy, custom typography, and web design elements—is the exclusive property of LEFTOVRZ and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any portion of our website content without express written permission from LEFTOVRZ.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • LEFTOVRZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or inability to use our site.

  • Vintage and pre-owned footwear (especially pairs aged 5+ years) may experience natural structural degradation over time (e.g., midsole separation or foam crumbling). LEFTOVRZ is not responsible for structural wear-and-tear that occurs after the item has been accepted and worn by the buyer.

8. GOVERNING LAW & CHANGES TO TERMS

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local governing laws.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
